We Are Your Partner In Pain Every Step Of The Way.
Initial Consultation
Never been evaluated by a neurologist or headache specialist? Then this consult is for you!
Getting to know you is the crucial first step to developing an optimized treatment plan. Expect this initial session to last 60 minutes and be filled with many questions. It’s your story, and we want to hear it. After obtaining a complete history, we will sit together, discuss your diagnosis, and build your individualized treatment plan. This is a dialogue, not a monologue, and your input is essential. You will leave with a plan of action, feeling empowered and confident.
Sessions can be in-person or via telemedicine.*
*Please note that the scope of telemedicine visits is restricted by federal and state laws. If you reside in a location where Dr. Natbony is not licensed, she will not be able to serve as your treating provider. Telemedicine visits are available to patients in NY, NJ, and FL only.
Second Opinion Consult
If you have seen other headache specialists or neurologists and need a fresh perspective, this session is for you.
During this 90-minute consultation, we will perform a complete review of your medical records and use our five-pronged integrative approach to best understand your migraine or headache pain. We will then create a comprehensive, personalized treatment plan that goes beyond what has been done in the past.

On-Going Sessions
These 30-minute sessions focus on the achievable goals we’ve built into your treatment plan.
We’ll carefully go through your headache diary, discuss implemented lifestyle changes, and talk about your progress and how you’re feeling. From there, we may recommend modifications or additions to your care plan. Our promise is always to listen, educate, and answer all of your questions. And once you’re doing great, these visits can serve as a periodic check-in to ensure all is well, renew prescriptions and update us on your life.

Our Interventional Solutions
Treating your headache disorder and healing may go beyond taking a pill. Certain injections may be needed on a routine basis or in tandem with your ongoing sessions to get you back to the life you love.
Please note that these services are available for existing patients only. If you are a new patient, please schedule a consultation. Injections can then be an add-on during your new patient visit.
BOTOX® Injections
The injection of BOTOX® into proven sites around the head and neck every 12 weeks can drastically decrease migraine frequency.
Peripheral Nerve Blocks
To help stop headache pain in its tracks, numbing medication is injected along nerves in the scalp that control migraine and head pain.
Trigger Point Injections
Tight and irritable knots of muscle in the head and neck are injected with a local anesthetic to reduce pain and alleviate muscle tension.
SPG
Blocks
To reduce pain in the head and face, numbing medication is delivered to nerves behind the nose called the sphenopalatine ganglion.
